Caber offers new mattress care protection plan

MARKHAM, Ontario — Caber Distributors has teamed with a customer service firm to offer a new mattress care protection plan that it says will increase dealer profits and customer satisfaction.
Caber, the exclusive Canadian distributor for Protect-A-Bed's mattress protectors, is working with W3 Solutions, which provides post-sale service to a number of industries.
With the new Caber BedCare Program, whenever a customer purchases a mattress and a Protect-A-bed premium mattress protector at the same time and location, the program takes effect. It includes a 10-year spillage warranty, three-year unlimited odor removal, a three-year enhanced service warranty, and a three-month extended comfort exchange, in addition to the dealer's comfort exchange.
"Our innovative BedCare Program is a win-win situation for dealers, consumers and all our national sales reps," said Bernard Weinstein, Caber president. "Now we can offer everything to satisfy everybody's sleep experience needs ... everything, that is, except the mattress."

Consumers must register online with the program within 10 days of the purchase, officials said.
